I'm a Principal at The General Partnership, an early-stage venture capital firm with $600M under management. We're a team of veteran engineers, recruiters, designers, product managers, and growth leaders who provide hands-on, 1:1 help to founders in our portfolio.

Our team scaled Robinhood from 30 to 4,000 people, built Google's Knowledge Graph, launched and led the sales team at Square, designed Stripe's recruiting playbook, and grew teams at Uber from their earliest stages.

Previously, I was an investor at GGV Capital, a multi-stage venture capital firm with $5B under management. Prior to my career in venture capital, I was an early employee at Dataminr, a $4B AI startup. I hold a BA from Columbia University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
